James P. Anderson

James P. Anderson, 72, of Marshallville, passed away on September 10, 2016 with his family by his side. Jim was born in Akron on June 16, 1944 to the late Paul and Martha Anderson. Jim will always be remembered for his kind and generous spirit. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Donna Hennigin and son-in-law, Frank DeGregario. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth Kubicki; stepchildren, Cheryl (Jack) Moody, Gale Kubicki, Linda (Dave) Wheeler, David (Barb) Kubicki, Patricia DeGregario, and Dale Kubicki (Lisa Bergmeyer); brother, Ronald (Linda) Anderson; nieces, Debbie Jankowski and Michelle Anderson; nephews, Paul Hennigin and Mark Anderson; grandchildren, Leanna, Sal, Vicki, Daniel, Anthony, Adam, Stephen, Angela, Rachael, Brittany, and David Jr.; eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 13, 2016 from 1-3 followed by a 3:00 p.m. funeral service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
