Tammy Lee Cirullo(Andrick) 56 ,went home to heaven on September 29,2015 after a long illness. Preceded in death by her brother, Johnny. Survived by her children Angela and Matthew (Crystal);parents, Billie(Cherry) and Johnnie Andrick; sisters Kim French (Mike), Cheryl Peabody (Dwight); brother, Randy (Pinky); grandchildren, Brian, Maria, Destiny and Taegan.
Her family would like to thank, Copley Health Center and Crossroads Hospice for their care,compassion and love given to Tammy, she was happy.
Cremation has taken place per Tammy's wishes.
