Pamela K. Rich
August 9, 1968 — February 17, 2017
Pamela K. Rich of Akron, passed away on February 17, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. She worked as a program director teaching medical technologists and medical lab techs for Children's Hospital and Herzing University. Pam loved teaching, and all of her students and especially enjoyed her nights out and visits with friends.
She was a loving wife, friend, and mother of 3 children. She cherished spending time with her children, and always put others first. Pam leaves behind loving husband of 25 years, Bob Rich; children, Sean, Jacob and Sarah; parents, Milton and Phyllis Kurtz; siblings, Kathy Jenkins, Steven (Phyllis) Kurtz and Sue (Joe) Wadford; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Monday February 20, 2017 from 4-6pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305.
