Candace "Candy" Lynn Biggs (Nee Vaughn)

Candace "Candy" L. Biggs, 71, died suddenly on October 30, 2017 at her home. She was born July 31, 1946 in Akron, OH to the late Charles and Ann (Witzman) Vaughn. Candace was a Kenmore High School graduate, class of 1965. She will be sadly missed by all that knew her. She had a zest for life, a gift for gab and loved playing bingo and reading her bible.

Candy leaves behind her husband of 31 years, John Biggs; sons, Matthew and James (Francie) Wasckiewicz; daughter, Anna (Bob) Biggs (Ketler); stepchildren, Robert (Julie) and Stephanie (Ralph) Biggs; brother, Charles (May) Vaughn and sister, Kimberly (Gary) Hoover.

Per her request cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 7:00pm on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., with visitation from 5:00 - 7:00pm. A gathering of family and friends will be held following services at Allenside Hall, 2533 Manchester Rd., Akron, near the intersection of Waterloo and Manchester Rd.
