Michelle Renee Wilson (Walters), 56 (29 to those who knew her), of Akron, passed from this life to an eternal life with her Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday November 24, 2017.
Michelle was a vibrant and beautiful woman, known for her capacity for love. Her pride and joy were her children and grandkids, whom she "loved to the moon and back." All of her and Jim's spare time was spent with grandbabies, cooking up good food, fun times, and a lot of love.
Michelle was born in Georgia at the Hicks clinic and adopted by James and Joan Walters. She grew up in Akron, and resided there until her passing. Adoption does not negate one or the other of her families, she loved both equally. Recently, Michelle was reunited with her birth family and although a short time, she shared her love with them, and cherished the moments with Nicki and Cherrelyn.
Michelle loved her work as a office manager at USIC, and her many coworkers. Joe Carlton and Joyce Nickol always had her back and are family.
The word sister covers a lot of ground. If you look at it in the perspective of love and fun, Michelle had at least 20 sisters. Bonnie, Connie, Kyra, Vicki, Joyce, Maureen, and Robin, her closest.
Michelle was preceded in death by her adopted fourth son, Joshua Louderback and aunt Darlene Hogge, both of which helped her get in and out of a lot of crazy good times.
Michelle will be deeply missed by, her husband, Jim Wilson; children, Ronald (Sandra) Husk Jr., Dennis (Tiffany) Husk, and Travis "TJ" Hayes; grandchildren, Aiden Husk, Jordyn Husk, Izaiah Husk, Anastasia and Anabella Taylor, and Nevaeh Angel; uncle, Robert Hogge; sisters, Jane Blasio, Vickie Uhl, and Nicki (Bobby) Tipton; sister-in-law, Maureen (Wes) Buck; cousin, James (Laurie) Hogge; close family members, Robin (Mark) Smith, Kyra (Charlie) Dray-Hiatt, and Thomas (Amy) Hogge, and many more.
One of Michelle's biggest heartbreaks is the heroin epidemic that has hit not only the country, but this area so hard, taking with it many loved ones and innocence. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hope Over Heroin at www.hopeoverheroin.com., or the Whosoevers at www.thewhosoevers.com.
