Peggy R. Marks

Peggy R. (Ferguson) Marks surrounded by family went home to be with the Heavenly Father on May 22, 2018. Peggy retired from Barberton Citizen's Hospital after 42 years of service. She was an active member of New Horizon's Christian Church. Peggy is survived by her sister, Penny (Ferguson) Smith; daughter, Michelle (Jerry) Jones; sons, Michael (Odell) and Matthew (Kim) Marks; as well as her cherished grandchildren, Vanessa, Jennifer, Aileen, Alaina, Kayleigh, Dylan; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday May 24, 2018 from 6-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305. Funeral service will be held on Friday May 25, 2018 at 11am at New Horizon's Christian Church 290 Darrow Rd. Akron, Oh 44305. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Pastor Jim Bane officiating. Her final resting place will be at Northlawn Memorial Gardens where she will be laid to rest with her family. Memorial donations can be made in Peggy's name to the church.
