Dr. A. Arnold

It is with a heavy heart that the family of Dr. William A. Arnold "Doc," announce his passing on September 29, 2018. Doc was a selfless person who had a genuine soul. He was generous in all aspects of his life and dedicated to lend a helping hand. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Doc valued education, and he felt that as long as you were educated you could do anything in life. He was a leader, a mentor, and an inspiration to all those around him. His family and friends are proud of his endless professional accomplishments and contributions to the world. He was a humble man who had a passion for sailing and traveling. He had dry sense of humor that loved cheesy one-lined jokes.

Doc was proceeded in death by his parents, Allen and Ila Arnold.

He will be deeply missed by his wife, Mary Arnold; daughters, Breanne (Brian Lewis) Arnold, Nicole (Aaron) Lombardi, and Jackie (Philip) Lo Cascio; grandchildren, Cody, Elizabeth, Hudson, Secily, Brandon, and Penelope; siblings, Bob, Don, John, Joseph and Ila; and many nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues.

Family and friends are welcome to Newcomer 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, to visit on Friday October 5, 2018 from 5pm until 7:30pm. A Celebration of Life will take place at 7:30pm.
