David J. Paul Nuzum

David Nuzum, "Big Dad," 61, of Akron, passed suddenly on January 5, 2019. David enjoyed spending time with his daughters and grandson. He was a Pittsburgh Steelers enthusiast. David worked hard all of his life, even working multiple jobs at a time. He would have done anything for anyone.

David was preceded in death by his father, Paul Nuzum "Pops". He will be deeply missed by his daughters, Jesse Nuzum, and Emily Nuzum; mother, Mildred Nuzum; grandson, Jack Toussaint; siblings, Ruth (Donald Sr.) Johnston, Julie (Mike) Bodish, Cindy (Donald Jr.) Johnston, and J (Dallas) Nuzum; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and coworkers.

Friends and family are welcome to Newcomer 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, to visit on Friday January 11, 2019 from 5pm until 7pm. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 10am, with an hour of visitation prior. Interment to take place at Hillside Memorial Park.
