Christine Marie Vesa

Christine M. Vesa, 33, of Akron, passed away unexpectedly after a sudden illness on April 28, 2019. She was born on March 2, 1986 in Akron, Ohio.

Christine had a heart of gold and would do anything for those she loved. She enjoyed camping, crafting, and reading. Christine was a straight shooter that wasn't afraid to speak her mind. She was known for being a people person, and a strong conversationalist. She could be unapologetically stubborn at times. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and granddaughter, who loved caring for her family. She cherished spending time with her family and friends more than anything. Her greatest joy in life was her son, Larry, who she loved unconditionally.

Christine was preceded in death by her father, Lindy J. Vesa; brother, Jeffrey Lee Samuels; grandfather, Joseph Vesa; uncles, Jimmy and Danny; and aunt, Carol.

Left to cherish Christine's memory are her mother, Evelyn Vesa; son, Larry Lee; daughter, Brianna Nicole; sister, Carla; grandmothers, Darlene Feathers and Colleen Vesa; uncles, Johnny, Scott, and Bobby; aunt, Karen; nieces, Hannah, Maci, and Miya; boyfriend, Larry Lee III; and many cousins and friends.

Friends and family are welcome to visit on Friday May 3, 2019 from 4pm until 6pm at Newcomer 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. A funeral service will take place at 6pm.
