Steve O. Donatelli, 59, of Akron passed away on Monday, April 29, 2019. What kind of man did we lose that day? A man that always put his family first and made sure they had food on the table and new clothing for his children every school year. A man that loved his wife so incredibly much that he cut his long, rockstar hair for her just so she would go on a date with him. A man that helped coach his sons' baseball teams, and gave his daughter a pink rose every Valentine's and Sweetest Day. A man that loved to laugh his goofy chuckle; sometimes even at his own expense as he called something by the wrong name or tired to hum an off key tune so he could try to figure out what song he was looking for. This man was far from perfect, but he loved his wife and kids unconditionally and took care of them the best he could. We lost an irreplaceable, one of a kind husband, father, brother, friend and he will be dearly missed.
"I was down, but now I'm flying
Straight across the great divide
I know you're crying, but I'll stop you crying
When I see you, I see you on the other side..."
-Ozzy - See You on the Other Side
Per Steve's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no services.
