Delores (Decker) Cuffman

Delores "Dee" Darlene (Decker) Cuffman, 75, of Hartville, formerly of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away on May 25, 2019 after a short battle with ALS.
Dee loved to travel, play cards, gamble, and dance. She was a kind and compassionate woman with a generous heart. She gave unconditionally and was always thinking of others before herself.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Martha; and siblings, Robert, John, Richard, David, and Ruth.
Dee will be deeply missed by her loving husband, Loyal; son, Michael (Jennifer); daughter and son-in-law, Joan and Eli Conner; grandchildren, Alyssa, Brittany, and Tyler; brother, Ronald (Michelle) Decker; brother-in-law, Alan Cuffman of the home; faithful companions, Rosie and Madi; many nieces and nephews, especially her Toledo family. She also leaves longtime and close friends, Wilma Sear, Joan Bedall, Kathy Moy, and Pat Zupko.
The family is thankful to their many friends, Chaplain Terry Arnold, Summa Hospice and RN Marie Zervos of Summa Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 from 5-7 followed by a 7:00 p.m. funeral service with Chaplain Terry Arnold officiating at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Per Dee's request, please dress casually. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at Cuyahoga Falls Moose Lodge #918, 4444 State Rd., Peninsula. Dee will be privately laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
