Lori Ann Hackney ( Heaston ) age 56 of Akron passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 2nd, 2021.
She was born in Akron on February 6th, 1965, an Aquarius & the eldest daughter of David Heaston & the
late Sandra Mills ( Hockman )
Lori is preceded in death by her Mother Sandra, her Aunt Nancy Harrison, her Uncle Bruce Hockman, her
dear friend Mark & our dear brother Derek Collins (Corrigan ). Lori was our beloved Mother, MeeMaw,
Sister, Aunt, Daughter and Friend. To know Lori was to love her. She had the best sense of humor &
loved a good laugh. She loved her family and the Lord. Lori wrote beautiful poetry, and letters for her
loved ones. She enjoyed going to church, spending time with her children, grandchildren & family. She
played the fiddle & liked telling stories of her travels across the country. She enjoyed spending her
summers with her family in West Virginia when she was growing up. Her love of music goes beyond
words to describe. She treasured her memories of dancing & singing with her sister, & her kids. She
frequently went to concerts & would even follow bands around on tour. Some of her favorite bands were
The Eagles, Guns and Roses, Fleetwood Mac, Pink Floyd, Mötley Crüe, Metallica & she also loved Garth
Brooks. She definitely lived her life to the fullest, and we know that her spirit will live on mostly through
music. She is survived in death by her Father David Heaston, Sister Lisa Heaston(Jonny Lee), Her
Brothers Tommy Heaston( Angie ) & Matthew Heaston( Mary ). Her Children Corey Frazier( Kat ), Crystal
Hackney, Dustin Hackney( Becca ), & Allison Hackney( Tyler Curtis ). Stepdaughter Mandy May(Clint
Sr.), stepson Nick & many nieces & nephews. She had a great relationship with her Ex-husband Charlie
and his wife Beth, the three of them together have eight grandkids. We will all miss her dearly.
