Patricia Ann Lockhart

Patricia Ann Lockhart, 74, passed away peacefully August 3, 2022 with her family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Akron, Ohio to John and Marjorie (Long) Morrison, she was a lifelong area resident. Patty most enjoyed her family and caring for her loved ones. They were her world and her life's work. Spending time with her children and her grandchildren were her favorite times. Secondary to this, Patty enjoyed sports, specifically the Cleveland Browns and will forever remain a fan.

She will be sadly missed by her beloved husband of 36 years, Larry; children, Danny (Lizzie) Lockhart, Amanda (Tim) Longworth, Ray Baughman; grandchildren, Kelly, Jaxson; siblings, Jimmy Morrison, Connie (Joe) Koons, Tom (Linda) Morrison, John (Kay) Morrison; cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.

Family and friends are invited to visit Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd. The funeral service will immediately follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery will take place Thursday, August 11 at 1 p.m.
