Sandra K. "Sandy" Weese, 78, passed away September 21, 2023 with her family by her side. Born in Akron, Ohio to Clark and Mabel (Hayes) Beitzel, she was a lifelong area resident. Sandy loved playing cards with neighbors Pam & Brenda, playing ultima online and spending time with her family. Her favorite thing was being GG to her great grandson Axel
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Gerald, Joyce, Ronald, Neil and Dean. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 60 years, Chuck; children, Chuck (Joyce), Christine "Tina"; grandson, Shane; great grandson, Axel.
Family and friends are invited to visit Sunday, October 1, 2023 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd. The funeral service will take place Monday, October 2 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
