Charles Leroy Harris

Charles L. Harris passed away on November 20, 2023 at the age of 75. He was born on June 5, 1948 to William and Ruby Harris in Ehrenfeld, PA. After graduating from Forest Hill High School in South Fork, PA, he enlisted in the United States Army in 1969. After his service, he worked in the coal mines and then moved to Ohio where he worked for Ford Motor until his retirement. He enjoyed golfing with his friends and being around his family.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Tamara Lynn Harris-Dodds; and sisters, Marjorie Dloniak and Ruth Stewart.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Harris; children, Michele Harris, Chad Harris and Scott (Davie) Harris; step-children, Daniel (Tracey) Sciury, Melissa (Scott) Baker and Krystina Sciury; grandchildren, Danielle, Frank, Vincent, Madison, Jaden, Samantha, Addilyn, Mason, Vivian and Margo; and sister, Shirley (Mike) Bier.

Family and friends are invited to visit at Newcomer on Thursday, November 30, 2023 from 10am until the time of the funeral service at 12pm. All are encouraged to stay for the service at 12pm.
