Laurence R. Scott Jr.

Laurence R. "Larry" Scott Jr., 52, of Masury, passed away unexpectedly on January 8, 2024. He was born on February 18, 1971 to the late Laurence R. Sr. and Geraldine Scott.

Larry is survived by his loving children, Anthonie Goodrich, Laurence Ricketson, Joesph Sleeth, Joyce Sleeth and Reed Scott; 12 grandchildren; brothers Pat Martin and John Scott; sisters Kathy Martin and Lori Scott; cousins and best friends Steven Mowery, Terry "TJ" Scott and Tim White; a host of extended family members and friends.

Larry spent most of his life on the road, behind the wheel of his rig or on his motorcycle. He enjoyed being outside, exploring the lake on his boat and having family cookouts at his father's house. Larry had a passion for playing the drums, and loved music and dancing. He had a magnetic personality; everybody that he met grew to love him, and he'll be incredibly missed.
