Alma M. Laclair

Alma M. LaClair, 92, passed away on September 4, 2010. She was born on May 11, 1918 to the late George and Maude Frund. Alma was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her husband, John A. LaClair. Survivors include her daughters, Judy (Frank) Jones, Mona (Tom) Rogalski, and Vicki (Rod) Gay; son, Bruce (Annette) LaClair; sister, Ethel Kokay; grandchildren, Kim Cantrell, Cindy Dietrich, John LaClair, Suzi Downey, Brian LaClair, Denny Carmichael, Jenny Horne, and Melanie Gay; and 13 great-grandchildren. Calling hours will be Friday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, with a funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
