Owen "Curt" Ross, 83, passed away on March 27, 2013. Born July 7, 1929. He retired from Goodyear after 31 years of service. Curt served with the US Army during the Korean War. He was a member of Suffield Fellowship Church. Curt enjoyed travelling and bowling.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Trudy; sons, Craig (Wreitha) and Brian (Cheryl); 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. He will be missed by his family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, 1 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Family and friends may gather one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Suffield Fellowship Church, 1669 Waterloo Rd., Suffield, OH 44260.
