Connie Sue Ward

Connie Sue Ward went home to be with the Lord on February 1, 2015. She was born on June 20, 1954 to Charles and Edith Prater. Connie loved the Lord with all of her heart. She was a founding member of River of Life Church. She served on the praise team, and also served as a "mother" to many of the church members. Connie was preceded in death by father, Charles E. Prater. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Paul; son, Ryan; daughter, Jessica (Todd); grandchildren whom she adored, Tyler, Bryce, and Kellen; mother, Edith Prater; sisters, Maggie, Cindy, and Bessie; brothers, Troy, David, Mike; and many other relatives and friends. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015 from 5-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Friday February 6, 2015 at 12 noon at River of Life Church 3281 State St. NW, Greentown, OH 44720. Friends may visit between 11-12. Pastor Bill Howe officiating. Interment Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to River of Life Church.
