He joined the Army, and then taught High School Math for the Department of Defense for over 30 years, during which he was stationed in many countries, including Korea, England, France, Germany, and Sicily. After retirement, he made his home in Medina, Ohio and stayed busier than ever as an Opa (grandfather), beekeeper, traveler, and friend to many.
He is preceded in death by his dear wife, Mary Ellen.
He is survived by his sister, Joanne Nagy, his two daughters, Kathleen (Tara) Hildenbrand of Columbus, Ohio; Mary (Andy) Hildenbrand of Lakewood, Ohio; and two beloved grandchildren, Emily and Gavin.
Adam was a voracious story-teller and loved people. He made friends wherever he went and often brought the gift of a jar of honey from his bee hives, which he called his "honey diplomacy."
