Albert A. Crookston, 78, went home to heaven on August 7, 2010. He couldn't wait to meet Jesus and see his wife, Mary, again. Albert was dad to Betsy (Roy) Pugh, Susie (Larry) Miller, Judy (George) Reed, Jim (Cindy) Crookston, Pat Crookston, Lisa (Steve) Cochrane, Sally Mellinger, and Bert Crookston. He was grandpa to 23 grandkids and 18 great-grandkids. He will be missed by his siblings, Donny (Carol), Tony (Rita), Martha (Bob) Howard, Peg (Jim) Norris, Joe (Millie), Jim (Pat), and Lenny (Janet); as well as by sisters-in-law, Sue Reeves, Kay Reeves, and Betty Crookston; and brother-in-law, Frank Reeves. Albert was a member of Victory Chapel, where he had many loving friends. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, playing Scrabble, driving like a maniac, and putting butter and salt on everything, even Fritos. He will be truly missed by all who loved him.
