Albert J. Finch, 74, of Akron, passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at the Hospice Care Center. He served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Jason. Albert is survived by his brothers, Ed and Robert Finch of Ohio; sister, Ardith Padgett of FL; daughter, Jacqueline McCormick of MA; sons, Charles Finch (Cassie) of NH, Timothy Finch of Akron, Billy Finch (Mary Jo) of IN; numerous grandchildren; caregiver and niece, Lynnette Schramm of Akron; many other relatives. Calling hours will be TODAY from 7 - 9 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at Northlawn Memorial Gardens, Cuyahoga Falls with Pastor Jeanette Brown officiating.
