Albert D. Moses Jr.

Albert D. Moses Jr., 92, of Akron, passed away on December 30, 2023. He was born on June 15, 1931 the son of the late Albert D. and Dorothy Moses. He was a man of faith and was a member of Portage Lakes United Methodist Church. Albert retired after 40 years of dedicated service with AkroMold Co. He was well known for his gift of playing the base and base guitar with the "Hutch" Polka Band. He enjoyed camping at both the F.O.P. and Chaperal. He will be missed for his loving heart, his smile and laugh, and especially his love for his family especially his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; beloved wife of 67 years, Betty Jean Moses; siblings John Moses and Harold Moses; and son-in-law Donald Winstead.

Albert is survived by his children Pamela Bollinger, Nancy Winstead, Jonathon Moses, and Tod Moses; grandchildren Alison, Carla, Andrea, Justin, Casey, Jared, Tod Jr., Paul and Clara; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; close in-law Dave Bollinger; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorial Service will be held on January 12th, Friday at 4:00pm at Community Church of Portage Lakes (3260 Cormany Rd., Coventry Twp. 44319) with Pastor Gary Meeks officiating.
