Alice Barker, 86, passed away on October 4, 2006 at Maison Aine, due to Alzheimer's disease. Born on December 3, 1919 to the late William and Stella Clouser. Alice retired from ARA Services at BF Goodrich in 1981 after 25 years of service. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond in 1992; granddaughter Tina Barker; and 12 brothers and sisters. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law Gary and Julia Barker, of Tallmadge; daughter and son-in-law Judy and Bill McArthur, of Mogadore; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren; sister Mary Riffle, of Warren, OH; sisters-in-law Wanda Plum, of Bridgeport, WV, Lois Ellis, of Cleveland, OH, and Iris Clouser, of Michigan; and several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Alice's caregivers at Maison Aine. Funeral service will be Monday, 10 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Family and friends may call Monday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Online condolences may be made at www.Newcomerfamily.com.
