Alice J. Carney (Skinner, Craiglow), 86, passed away October 7, 2018. Family was very important to her and she also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Ila Skinner, and son, David Craiglow. She is survived by her children, Kevin (Katherine), Brian; sisters, Mary Kidd and Nancy (John) Giffin; brother, Phillip (Mariann) Skinner; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Funeral service will be at 11am on Friday, October 12, 2018 with visitation from 10-11am. Interment at Greenlawn Cemetery, Uniontown to follow.
