M. Alice Romesburg, age 77, of Marlboro Twp., Ohio, died on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 11:25 AM at Aultman Hospital.
She was born on October 6, 1941 in Nashville, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Charles Martin and Flora Edna (nee Qualls) Higdon.
Alice was a homemaker who enjoyed flower gardening, painting, sewing, cooking, and shopping, however, her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her loving husband, David Keith Romesburg, whom she married on August 22, 1959; her children, Deborah "Debbie" (Daniel "Danny") Bogunovich and David K. "Kevin" Romesburg; her grandchildren, Daniel Joseph (Kelly) Bogunovich, Rebecca Bogunovich, Caroline Bogunovich, and Kolby Romesburg; one great-grandson, Daniel Thomas Bogunovich; and her sister-in-law, Carol (Richard) Leonhard.
Other than her parents, Alice was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Higdon.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Marlboro Cemetery Chapel, corner of Marlboro Avenue and Allen Drive NE, Marlboro Twp., Ohio, where family and friends may visit from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation, 1702 East Highland Avenue, Suite 400, Phoenix, AZ 85016 in Alice's memory.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron.
