Alma Florence Kremer, 81, of Akron, passed away on June 18, 2012. Alma was born in Massillon on July 6, 1930.
She was the owner/operator of Portage Lakes Beauty Salon for 42 years. Alma will always be remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was devoted to her family and will be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, sisters, and husbands, Erwin Prior and Jack Kremer. She is survived by her children, Diane Korb and Andrew Prior; grandchildren, Wendy (J.R.) Longoria and David (Carrie) Wolfe; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Tyler, and Kyle Hockman, Madison, Austin, and Alexis Wolfe.
A private service will be held for Alma's family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Summit County Childrens Services, 264 S. Arlington St., Akron 44306.
