Alvin James DePrato, III, age 31 of Hartville, Ohio, died on April 1, 2017 at his home.
He was born in Akron on December 10, 1985, the son of Alvin J. and Laurie Werner DePrato, Jr. of Hartville.
Alvin was a 2004 graduate of Springfield High School and was a machine operator for LMT in Hartville. He enjoyed his family especially playing with his son and his nieces and nephews. He loved listening to music.
Other than his parents, Alvin is survived by his companion, Crystal Cadle; his son, Alvin James DePrato, IV; two sisters, Jennifer DePrato and Wendy DePrato; his nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn, Garrett, Bradley, Mikayla, and Kaydence; and his aunt, Diane Monroe.
Funeral services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, at 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 6, 2017 where family and friends may visit beginning at 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
