Amber Marie Spivey

October 13, 1986 — March 24, 2020

It is with great sadness to announce that Amber Marie Spivey, age 33, has unexpectedly made her transition to be with the Lord on March 24, 2020.

Amber was born and raised in Akron, Ohio. She attended Public Schools briefly prior to becoming a Home School Student and graduate of Cuyahoga Falls City Schools. She also attended Hertzing College.

She grew up attending Grace Cathedral and participated in their Youth Choir, the Jubilee's and the Crusaders. She was also a dedicated Sunday School Assistant. While attending Grace Cathedral she received Sunday School Training that she later in life utilized when she became a member of H. Templeton Ministries. She was the Youth Leader and Director of the Youth Choir, The Soldiers Of The Cross. She taught Youth Sunday School, assisted with Vacation Bible Club and Praise Dance for special events. Amber was a faithful servant of the Lord and spent endless hours studying the word of God. She was always excited to learn new things, especially different languages. She self-taught herself sign language and was learning the Korean language. She enjoyed watching Foreign Language Films.

Amber had a beautiful soul. She lit up a room and always made herself available to inspire someone with a word of encouragement that was filled with love and hope.

Amber is preceded in death by her grandfather, Grady Norman, Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Nathaniel Davis; her parents, Robert and Susie Brown; her brother, Kevin Spivey, Jr.; nephew, Trenton Spivey; niece, Taylen Spivey; grandparents, Martha and Donald Adams; Willie and Kathy Templeton, Sr.; her godparents, Bill and Denise Robinson;, uncles and aunts, Willie (Donna) Templeton, Jr., James Templeton, Sr., David (Barbie) Templeton, John (Corinne) Stone, Jr., Nikol (William) White, Mike Livingston, Tasha Templeton, Roberta Bradley, Aaron Burros, Matt Burros, Kaisha Mason, Anthony Brunson, Masana (Bill) Fullum, Amelia Hightower, Anginette (Ervin) Odom, Sylvia Brown, Andre McGowan, Marlon McGowan, LeaShawn Brown, Ray Brown, and her honorary aunt, Joy Williamson; and many more family and friends.
