Amelia Regec

Amelia "Dolly" Regec, 91, went home to be with the Lord on March 8, 2018. She was born in Akron on June 5, 1926 to late parents John and Elizabeth Regec. Dolly retired after 47 years of service at Gray Drugs. Family was very important in her life and she will be missed by many. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by 9 siblings. She is survived by her sister, Rosemarie Saloiye; brother, Edward (Janet) Regec; many nieces, nephews and friends; and special caregiver, Vinnie Stewart.

Visitation will be held from 4-7pm on Monday, March 12, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N Canton Rd., Akron. Funeral Mass will take place at 10am on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Blessed Trinity Church, 300 E. Tallmadge Ave, Akron. Fr. Joseph Warner officiating. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery to follow. The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice of Medina County for the excellent care Dolly received.
