Anita M. Clymer

Anita M. Clymer (formerly Kostra), 77, passed away May 12, 2020 peacefully at home with her family by her side. Born in Akron, Ohio to Michael and Marie (Griffin) Adella, she was a lifelong area resident. She graduated from East High School and later retired from Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls. Anita enjoyed baking, cooking, reading her favorite magazines, word search, collecting sweatshirts and spending time with her family and friends. She loved animals and was known for her famous pumpkin rolls.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; brother, Michael Adella. She will be sadly missed by daughter, Kelly (Keith) Cain; grandchildren, LeeAnn (Kris) Porter, Teresa Benton, Michael-Ann Benton; great grandchildren, Azriel, Layla, Oliver, Jeffrey, Diamond, Spencer; close friends, Joyce, Samantha, Kathy, Diane and many other friends.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions the calling hours and memorial service will be private at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, where Anita will expect people to be dressed casually. Those who wish may make donations in Anita's name to the Humane Society of Summit County.
