Ann M. Deitch

Ann M. Deitch, 74, passed away on January 31, 2011. Ann was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of St. Vincent Catholic Church where she also sang in the church choir. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Ishman and Helen Bailey. Survivors include her beloved husband, Thomas, of 57 years; daughters, Susan Green, Julie Deitch, and Mary (Bill) Page; sons, Martin (Jennie), Michael (AnnMarie) and James (Nancy); grandchildren, Jessica (Richard) Peterson, Nicholas Crafton, Michelle Deitch, Brittany Page, Alicia, James, Kaitlyn, and Martin Deitch; and great-grandchildren, Jasmine and Dimitri. Calling hours will be Friday, 4-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. A funeral mass will be held Saturday, 9:30 a.m. at St. Vincent Catholic Church, 17 S. Maple St., Akron. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
