Ann Marie Marshall

Ann M. Marshall passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 93. She was born to William and Georgie Heddleston on July 23, 1930 in Akron, Ohio. She graduated from Akron Springfield High School in 1948 before attending Kent State University where she earned a degree in elementary education. She taught for 27 years before retiring in 1986. She attended the Chapel in Marlboro where she was very active as a volunteer. Ann loved to read, play solitaire and do crossword puzzles in her free time.

She is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Edward Marshall; and seven siblings.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Frank (Liz), Edward and Jerry (Cindy) Marshall; grandchildren, Katie (Dominic) Buzzacco, Steve (Kyleigh) Marshall and Ashley (Angie Werner) Marshall; great-grandchildren, Oscar, Dino, Bennett, Jack, Chloe and Sophie; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family has requested a private funeral service. Ann will be laid to rest at Hillside Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ann's memory to the Haven of Rest Ministries or Summa Hospice Care.
