Anna Mae Green, age 85 of Doylestown passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. She was born in Akron on August 10, 1936 to the late John and Mary {Marchock} Packo.
In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her siblings John (Elaine) Packo Jr., Mary (Dale) Snyder, Betty (Gary) Matson and Bill Packo.
Anna's legacy of love will be carried on in her children Scott (Deanna) Green, Stacey (Tony) Battle and Mark (Jennifer) Green; grandchildren Logan, Nicholas, Abby, Camren and Adyson; sister June (Bill) Merchant; many nieces and nephews.
Anna loved to spend time with her family and friends, especially her grandkids and her friends from church. She enjoyed cooking, working outside in her garden and reading her Bible.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, 44305 on Tuesday, March 29 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 30 at 11:00 a.m. A committal service will follow at Hillside Memorial Park, Akron, where Anna will be laid to rest.
