Anna Ruth Ingram, 82, of Akron, passed away November 20, 2005. Anna loved to spend time with her family and friends. She always enjoyed polka music, parties, and fishing. One of her proudest achievements was graduating from the Riggs LaMar School of Beauty. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vincent and Wathel Dean; brother, Melvin Dean; and sisters, Lillian Cole and Ruby Mayfield. She is survived by her husband, James Ingram; son, William (Sue) Tallent of Akron; sister, Fleta Edwards of Akron; brother, David (Mary) Dean of Las Vegas, NV; stepchildren, Verette (Robert) Angel, Tim Ingram, Carol Darby, Vivian Murphy, and Mary Francis Reding, all of Georgia; grandchildren, Jeff (Dawn) Tallent, Paula Ann Tallent, and Brenda (Rick) Longacre; great-grandchildren, Emily Marie Tallent, Rick Longacre, Jr., and Leanne Longacre; numerous nieces and nephews, especially Glenda Small and Debbie Goson. Family and friends may call on Friday from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
