Anna Petrick, 72, of Tallmadge, passed away on August 7, 2010. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Joseph & Esther (Sumagi) Petrick; sisters, Margaret (Yecs) Copping & Betty (Yecs) Ashton; brothers, John Yecs, Paul Yecs & Joseph Petrick, Jr. She is survived by her twin sister, Helen Petrick; sons, Christopher (Angie)Petrick, & Matthew (Dawn) Petrick; grandchildren, Stephanie & Miranda; and her dog Snookie. Anna was a playground attendent at Betty Jane School. Special thanks to all the students & Staff at Betty Jane for enhancing Anna's life. Anna also enjoyed fishing and family get togethers. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron where funeral service will be conducted Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Fleary Spurlock officiating.
