Anne Rose Bulgrin (nee Marchok), age 90, was born November 6, 1927 in Akron and went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 8, 2018.
Anne worked in retail over the years and retired from Sumner Nursing Home. Her life was devoted to family and friends. Her family always came first, no one could ever ask for a more wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, or friend.
She leaves behind her children, Paul (Karen) and Mick (Francie) Bulgrin, Judy Poynter and Billy, her grandson and caregiver, Karen (Eddie) Murphy, and Mary Kay (Ray) Coss; nine other grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Catherine Heppe, John Marchok and Andrew (Judy) Marchok; and her sister-in-law, Carol Lee (Robert) Ballentine.
Those that preceded Anne in death were her loving husband, George H. M. Bulgrin, Jr. on July 15, 1984, they were united in marriage on December 24, 1946; one brother and four sisters; and her parents, Paul and Anna (nee Muzik) Marchok.
There was little Anne could not make from sewing, crafting, drawing, or painting, and she loved to bake cakes and cookies; and her never empty pots of food to feed all that came through her door - especially her "Sunday Soup"!
She will be loved and missed until we are all together again.
Funeral services will be held at Grace Baptist Church, 704 North Firestone Blvd., Akron on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 11:00 AM, where Pastor Bob Stephens will celebrate Anne's life.
Family and friends may gather at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron on Monday, May 14, 2018 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM and everyone may also gather at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 - 11:00 AM.
Anne will be laid to rest next to her husband in Glendale Cemetery.
