Arlie Henthorn Jr.

Arlie Henthorn Jr, 75, passed away December 21, 2024. Born in Barberton, Ohio to Arlie and Jeanette (Ayres) Henthorn, he grew up in Springfield Twp before moving to Randolph Twp. Arlie retired in 2004 after 40 years of service with Painters Local 841, where he worked as an applicator of conventional and exotic coatings. He was very creative and had the ability to envision how to make a project come to life. Arlie also liked boating, fast cars, watching westerns and spending time with his family, especially his granddaughters.

In addition to his parents, Arlie was preceded in death by his siblings, Charles Henthorn, Chester Henthorn, Wilma Lindsey. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 53 years, Cheri; children, James (Danae) Henthorn, Nicole Henthorn (Brian White), Arlie Henthorn; granddaughters, Ava, Aubrey, Willow; sister, Diane (Gary) Allen; sisters-in-law, Terry Hall, Margaret Melvin, Valerie Hall; many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend the service Friday, December 27, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Hillside Cemetery, 1700 Hartville Rd. Randolph, OH 44265.
