Arnold J. "Arnie" Starcher
Arnold J. "Arnie" Starcher, 70, passed away on October 27, 2009. Arnie retired from the Chrysler plant in Twinsburg after 36 years of service. He enjoyed Bingo, playing cards, and fishing and will be remembered as a generous man who took care of everybody. Preceded in death by his parents, Isaac and Bessie; daughter, Joann; son, Robert; 2 sisters; and 3 brothers. Survivors include his wife Frances, of 51 years; sons, Richard (Storme Blazer) and David (Delores Cooper); sister, Margaret; brothers Tommy (Kathy), Bob (Eve), Ronald, and Jim (Chris); 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. The family would like to thank Crossroads Hospice and Rev. Ken Bieber for their kindness and care. Calling hours will be Friday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., with a funeral service at 1 p.m. Interment at Crown Hill Cemetery.
