ARTHUR "JACK" NORMAN
Arthur "Jack" Norman, 70, of Brimfield Twp., passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2001. Jack retired from General Tire Research and Development in 1984 after 23 years of service. During his career, he developed several polymers that were patented in his name. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Art and Ora Norman and by his wife, Anita. He is survived by his daughter, Loretta Sue Stanley of Tallmadge; son, Timothy Scott Norman of N. Canton; grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn and Kimberly Louise, both of Tallmadge; cousins, Bill and Kit Hanna and Carol and Ernie Hanna, all of Atwater, Jerry Hanna of Alliance, Chuck and Harry Morgan of Tallmadge, Francis Sizemore of Georgia, and Bill and Nancy Moneypenny of Akron; aunt, Betty Hatfield of Daytona Beach. Friends and family may call on Friday, July 6th from 6-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where services will be held on Saturday at 9 a.m. with Rev. Mark Brazle officiating. Interment at Restland Cemetery in Brimfield.
