Barbara L. Katzenmeyer aka The Dog Whisperer aka Dr. Barb unexpectedly passed away and went to be with her Daisy Ru on December 24, 2022. She was born May 3, 1956.
She was the best Mom ever, the best Grandma ever, and the best second Mom to many. Her favorite color was red, her dogs were her life, but she adored all animals. She volunteered in animal rescue for many years, and any lost dog would find her and knew she would help get them home.
She is survived by the best Grandpa to her Grandchildren, Michael Burke, her loving son Jay Katzenmeyer, her favorite daughter-in-law Tiffany Katzenmeyer, the loves of her life, Nora and Nolan Katzenmeyer, Taco, Princey, Gutter, Patches, and Lincoln. Her sister and best friend Deb Neal, and her nephews John, Jeremy, and Josh Neal.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date TBA.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to any animal rescue.
