Barbara L. Harouff

Barbara L. Harouff, born August 3, 1935, passed away of natural causes on August 27, 2011, at Akron City Hospital. Preceded in death by her husband, Eugene, of 55 years; daughter, Mary Stanley; and son-in-law, Stan Hart. She was a homemaker and loving mother to Deborah (Don) Galleher, Peggy (Sam) Agosta, William (Ramona) Harouff, Tab (Cindy)Harouff and Dan Stanley. She is also survived by grandchildren, Christine (Adam) Becker, Neva, Sara, Will, Steve, Mike, and Amy and spouses; 2 great-grandchildren, Lana and Issie; sisters, Jane Creekmore, Kate Krosnick, and Sandy Nicholson; and a host of nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Wednesday, 5-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where a funeral service will be held at 7 p.m.
