Barbara A. Pryor, "Barb", age 81 of Akron, Ohio, died on September 18, 2019 at Altercare of Cuyahoga Falls.
She was born on August 16, 1938 in Akron, the daughter of the late Carol Victor and Mary (nee Wright) Salyards.
Barb was a demo lady for many years for Acme Grocery Stores. She enjoyed crafting and cooking.
Survivors include her husband, Charles F. Pryor, whom she married in October of 1956; her two children, Barry Pryor and Christopher Pryor; her five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Other than her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her siblings, Carol V. Salyards Jr., Buddy Salyards and MaryAnn Ford.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer, Akron Chapel.
