Barbara E. Randolph, "Barb", age 73, of Gnadenhutten, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on August 7, 2021 surrounded by her family.
She was born on May 4, 1948 in Akron, the daughter of the late Samuel K. and Eleanora (nee Cooper) Nelson.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Randolph, whom she married on June 2, 1978; her two sons, Mark Daniel (Amie) Zuver and Michael Zuver; her three step-children, Mark Randolph, Shannon (Aaron) Wilde and Frank "Frankie" (Toni) Randolph; and six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Barbara's brother, Douglas "Skip" Nelson, also survives.
Other than her parents, Barb was preceded in death by her siblings, Samuel "Jr." Nelson, Timothy L. Nelson and Penny Nelson.
Family and friends may visit at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron on Friday, August 13, 2021 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.
Entombment will be private on Saturday morning at Hillside Memorial Park in Akron.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Truman House of New Philadelphia (Hospice), 716 Commercial Avenue SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663, in Barbara's memory.
