Barbara Ann Small

Barbara Ann Small was born March 22, 1966 in Steubenville, OH to Clarence Sr. and Charlotte Stevens. An accomplished accounts payable professional, she died unexpectedly at the age of 55 on February 14, 2022, in her home in Suffield, OH. Barbara is survived by her two sons, Justin and Jared; her daughter-in-law, Amanda; her granddaughters, Winifred and Iris; and a large and loving extended family.
To know Barb was to know a woman who loved God, her family, and others. Her generosity knew no bounds, and her legacy is one of selflessness and giving. While she is mourned by her family, friends, and church, she will forever be remembered for the impact she left on us all. We will see you one day around the throne.
A service in her memory is scheduled for Saturday, February 19, 2022, at FAC Tallmage – 199 South Ave, Tallmage, OH 44278. Calling hours are from 10:00am to 11:00am, with the service beginning at 11:00am. Pastor Ken Bulgrin will officiate. Gifts and donations to the family can be sent to the church on their behalf, noting that it is for the Small family.
