Barbara "Sue" Monroe, 55, of Barberton, passed away February 17, 2014. She was born in Barberton on March 7, 1958. She was preceded in death by her mother, Maria Schartiger.
Sue is survived by her husband, Donald, of 13 years; sons, Frank Kocis, Tony Kocis and Kevin Price, special grandson, Kayden Kocis; father, Arlan Schartiger; brothers, Robert and Johnny Schartiger; sisters, Betty and Maggie Schartiger; life long friend, Darla Sterling; beloved cousin, Monica; many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call on Monday, February 24, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. A funeral service will follow the calling hours at 12 p.m. with Rev. Robert Webb officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
