Bernard is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis; son, Scott; step-daughter, Gina; grandson, Justin (Kayla) Oberlin; four great-grandchildren; sisters Pat Taylor, Sherri (Roger) Owens, and Shelli Nelson; many dear friends.
