Bertha E. O'Donnell, 91, went home to be with the Lord on January 13, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester and great-grandson, Douglas. Bertha will be greatly missed by her sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne & Linda of Cape Coral FL and Pete & Billie of Akron; 7 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and her friends at Essex Nursing Home where she had resided for 6 years. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 16 at at Community Baptist Temple, 1398 Canton Rd., Akron with her grandson, Pastor Mark O'Donnell officiating. The family would like to thank Akron City Hospital Comfort Care for their care of Bertha.
