God saw Betty J. Cassell was getting tired with a courageous battle of cancer, so on December 12, 2012, He put his arms around her and He whispered come home with Me.
She was born in Akron, OH on September 25, 1949 to the late Ralph and Viola Cassell.
Betty will forever be in the hearts of her daughter, Leslie (Mike Rizzuto) King; grandchildren, Jaret, Ethan and Justin King; brother, Richard (Margaret) Cassell; sisters, Patricia (Kenneth) Kendall and Karen Sue (Lance) Speas; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Family and friends may call on Friday, December 14, from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 15 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Adam Speas officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Angels for Animals, 4750 W. South Range Rd., Canfield, OH 44406.
