Betty Ann Moore, age 89 of Bradenton, Florida, formerly of Akron, Ohio, died on November 6, 2019 in Bradenton.
She was born on October 10, 1930 in Akron, the daughter of the late Oscar and Chloe (nee Heckathorn) Rodemoyer.
She was blessed to have one brother, Richard Rodemoyer. They attended youth group together where they accepted Christ. This was also where she met Ervin Moore, they enjoyed 33 years of marriage together.
Betty attended business college, and became an Administrative Secretary at the Summit County Children Services.
Betty and Ervin were very involved at Arlington Memorial Baptist Church in Akron. They served as Youth leaders, Sunday school teachers, and choir members.
Ervin became ill in 1981 and passed away in 1982.
Betty Ann moved to Taveres, Florida to care for her parents in 1984, and moved to Bradenton in 2000. She resided in Bayshore Condominiums and served as secretary and building representative.
Betty Ann is survived by her sons, "The 3 R's", Richard (Christine), Robert (Nancy), and Ronald (Susan); her six grandchildren, Steven (Kristen), Melissa (Christian), Michael (Grace), Brian, Amanda (Ben), and Daniel (Brittney) survive, as well as, five great-grandchildren, Rileigh, Logan, Cole, Landon, and Lacey.

Memorial service will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 11:00 AM, where Pastor Rory Wineka will celebrate Betty Ann's life.
Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday.
